Is Body Tech Winsford open 24/7?
Yes. Gym access is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Some facilities, including the sauna and studio, have separate staffed-hour or scheduled-use rules.
How much is monthly membership?
The standard rolling membership is £45 per month. Current joining offers may reduce the first payment; our app shows the live price and payment schedule.
Is there a contract?
Monthly membership is rolling rather than fixed-term. Cancellation must be submitted through the designated website route at least five working days before the next Direct Debit date.
Can I use other Body Tech gyms?
Current monthly membership includes multi-site access across the Body Tech network. Short-term passes may have different club access, which is shown at checkout.
Can I try the gym before joining monthly?
We offer a £10 day pass and a £25 seven-day pass. The day-pass price is refundable when an eligible monthly membership is taken within seven days. Live checkout terms apply.
How do I book a class?
Open the live Body Tech timetable, choose a session and sign in when prompted. The live timetable is the source of truth for times and spaces.
What is the class cancellation policy?
Class cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Email cheshirewest@bodytechfitness.co.uk if the booking system does not provide the route you need.
Who can use the sauna?
Sauna use is for members aged 18 and over and is limited to staffed hours. Follow all safety guidance displayed in the club.
Can under-18s train?
Members aged 13–15 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. Members aged 16–17 may train independently after the required induction, consent and health screening are complete.
Is there parking?
Yes. On-site parking is available at Nat Lane Business Park.
How do I manage or cancel my membership?
Use the Body Tech Fitness app for account management. Membership cancellations must use the designated contact route and are confirmed once the club issues confirmation.
